How do you remove cigarette smoke from jewelry? Does anyone know how to without making the jewelry smell like the cleaner? The jewelry is costume jewelry made from pot metal and alloys not gold or silver so the metal is more porous and delicate.
I don’t smoke. I bought it this way and am trying to avoid returning it.
If you know a successful way please let me know.
I don’t smoke. I bought it from a smoker and need to get it clean.
I bought baking soda, lets see how it goes.
Although vinegar is a grease cutter it can also corode metal so I can’t use it.

i would think cleaning it with tarnx and rinsing it several times in cold water would remove it

Home Security Plastic Stickers Are Stuck On My Glass Door. How Can I Remove Them Without Damaging The Glass?

I have some “HOME SECURITY” Plastic stickers stuck on my glass doors and windows. I want to remove them. But they don’t peal out. Scraping also does not work. The glue on them is much too stubborn. Is there any chemical or solvent that will remove them safely without damaging the glass.

Does Anone Know The Best Way To Remove Bumper Stickers From Car?

I recently purchased a used vehicle and it had a few stickers on the rear windows and one on the rear bumper. I should not have a problem with the ones on the windows but I think I might have a hard time completely removing the unsightly sticker from the bumper. Anyone know any tricks?
